About Us

Village Harbor is a property owners association run by and for the benefit of the residents of Village Harbor.  It is a non-profit organization incorporated in 1974 located in Fort Smith, Arkansas.  Our primary purpose is to assure continuous and efficient control over the maintenance and operation of the common recreation and social facilities in Village Harbor, specifically the walking trails, pond areas, swimming pools, tennis courts, pavilion and marina.  This quality of care and attention to detail allow us to offer our members and their families a superior community experience.
